If you are young and have original ideas, but do not have finances, then the city hall is ready to support them. Lack of experience will also not be a problem in obtaining financing. For example, just a year and a half ago, the co-founder of Fantasmagoria, Elene Tavadze, did not even imagine that she would be able to shoot the animated film "Elena Dariani" in Georgia, the world premiere of which will be held in June, at the annual international festival of animated films in Annecy, France.

"This is our first project, and at first we did not hope to be able to implement it, because this direction was dormant in the country. "Elena Darian" is a 15-minute puppet animation, and now people will be able to see our work in different countries...", told director Elena Tavadze.

At the presentation, the head of the city service, Irakli Gvilava, introduced the details of the program, the conditions of participation and the results of the previous years to the interested persons.

The program "Promotion of social entrepreneurship projects of young people" was launched in 2022 at the initiative of Tbilisi City Hall and provides for financial support of social enterprises founded by young people in the form of a non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entity and the implementation of projects based on a business model, which will have a social goal on the one hand, and an economic goal on the other hand. income and socio-economic empowerment of young people.
