Georgian Paralympic Committee - 20
In Tbilisi, at the Sheraton Hotel, the 20th anniversary of the Georgian Paralympic Committee was celebrated on a large scale. The President of the National Olympic Committee of Georgia, Leri Khabelov, in an interview with AiF-Tbilisi, said that today a lot of work is being done to develop the Paralympic movement.
During the celebration of the anniversary of the Paralympic Committee, the results of 2023 were summed up and the best athletes were awarded.
The Paralympians were congratulated by the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili. He said that funding for the Paralympic Committee had increased significantly.
Among those who financially support athletes is Bank of Georgia.
