Turkmen musicians on the stage of the Tsinandali Classical Music Festival
Turkmen musicians take part in the 8th Tsinandali international classical music festival.
Turkmen musicians are representing Turkmenistan in the Pan-Caucasian Youth Orchestra, which also unites young musicians from Georgia, Turkiye, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
A musician from the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan served as the orchestra’s concertmaster.
The festival provides young musicians with unique opportunities for professional development and the enhancement of their performing skills, while also enabling them to gain valuable knowledge and practical experience through seminars and masterclasses taught by some of the brightest names in today’s classical music
Within the framework of the festival, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia D.Seyitmammedov conducted a meeting with the festival organizers, and the Turkmen musicians.
During the meeting, the Ambassador noted that the Tsinandali festival is an important international platform, bringing together musicians from different countries and contributing to the development of cultural dialogue and creative cooperation. He wished the festival continued success and prosperity, and its participants inspiration, outstanding performance and new creative achievements.
The Tsinandali festival has established itself as a significant international cultural event, serving as a bridge between Europe and Asia and making a valuable contribution to the development of music art.
The festival is taking place from 3 to 13 September 2026.
